OFFICIAL RULES – NAMIFIX 2026 CONTEST

1. CONTEST ORGANIZER

This contest is organized by NamiFix (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins upon the official publication of the contest on the Organizer’s social media channels and ends on September 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ET).

The prize draw will take place on September 15, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, agents of the Organizer, and any persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. CATEGORIES

The contest includes two (2) categories:

• Customer Category (#NamiFixClient), including participants who did not make a purchase.
• Entrepreneur Category (#NamiFixPro)

Each participant must enter the category that corresponds to their status.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must comment on the official contest post on the Organizer’s social media channels and include:

• #NamiFixClient or CLIENT for the Customer category
or
• #NamiFixPro or PRO for the Contractor category
or
• PARTICIPANT: any person wishing to participate without being required to make a purchase. Their entry will be eligible in the “Customer” category.

Number of entries awarded:

• Comment with the required hashtag or tag 2 friends: 1 entry
• Comment with the required hashtag or tag and a photo: 2 entries
• Comment with the required hashtag or tag and a video: 3 entries

Bonus Entry Opportunity:

Participants who also post a photo or video of their NamiFix installation on their own social media profile using the appropriate hashtag (#NamiFixClient or #NamiFixPro) will have their total number of entries doubled.

Examples:

• Hashtag only = 1 entry
• Tag 2 friends = 1 entry
• Hashtag + photo = 2 entries
• Hashtag + video = 3 entries
• Hashtag + video posted on a personal profile with the hashtag = 6 entries

All posts must comply with applicable laws and must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content.

7. PRIZE DRAW

Four (4) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received before the contest closing date.

The draw will take place on September 15, 2026.

8. AWARDING OF PRIZES

Selected winners will be contacted by private message or by any other method deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

To be declared a winner, the selected participant must respond within seven (7) days of the Organizer’s first contact attempt.

Failure to do so may result in the selection of an alternate winner.

9. USE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

By entering the contest, participants grant the Organizer the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photos, videos, comments, names, and cities of residence submitted as part of the contest, without additional compensation, for promotional purposes related to NamiFix.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or any other circumstances beyond its control.

11. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest should circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote the contest.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules in their entirety and without reservation.
